Sapporo Ichiban Chow Mein

Ichiban!!!

I dont usually like Ramen by Sapporo, but this chow mein is pretty darn yummy.  This was my youngest's pick for lunch.  Its his favorite.  Well the picture I took of the package content didnt turn out so I will tell you whats inside.  You get a square brick of noodles, a soup base (this is not a soupy ramen), and you get a little seasoning packet of seaweed which is possibly the best thing about this.
Once this is all cooked up.... oh you can see the seaweed packet there, lol Anyways, you add the soup base and stir.
Here it is all finished up with the green stuff on top.  My son gives it an 8 out of 10

Nongshim Jinjja Jinjja

Flamin Hot and Nutty Soup Here is today's Lunch option, another Nongshim flavor.  You will see me choose quite a few of Nongshim's flavors because the tend to be on the spicy side. This one comes with 3 packs, a soup base, a vegetable pack and a seasoning pack. I screwed up this one and accidentally put the vegetable pack in with the soup base.  With this one you are supposed to put the vegetable pack in after you cook the noodles and soup base together. After you cook it, add the vegetable packet and the seasoning packet which provides the nutty flavor.  It also has black sesame seeds in it which sort of made me think of crunchy little bugs.  The broth is oddly kind of creamy, and delicious.  Even the sesame seeds werent bad.  I like this one and I will give it a 6-7 out of 10.

Meiji Corn Puff Snack

Karl Cheese Flavor These are weird.  I dont normally say this, but usually when I bite into a cheesy poof, I expect it to have a burst of cheese like Cheetos or something.  Im not even sure what Karl Cheese is supposed to taste like?  Does it taste like the cheese in Karls belly button?  What? I usually love Meiji snacks but I dont really like these.  What do you think?

Nongshim Kimchi Ramen

Heres the Nongshim Kimchi Ramen Looks tasty doesnt it? It comes with a round noodle brick, a veggie packet, and a soup base. Dump it all into the pan and add about 2 and 1/3 cups water.  Easy Peasy.  Ooohhh I cant wait to try this one. And its done.  As typical of Nongshim Ramen, it tries to be spicy.  This one was a bit of a disappointment simply because it didnt have much of a Kimchi taste.  And so I give it a 5 out of 10.
